1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • • The product you received is incorrect or not matching your order
  • • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong model selection.

3. Timeframe

You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, we may not be able to process your request.

  • • Request to view or edit your personal data
  • • Ask us to delete your data after order processing
  • • Opt out of promotional messages anytime

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email with the following:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear photo/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Reason for return or replacement

4. Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • • We will arrange a replacement for eligible products
  • • In case the product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund
  • • Replacement shipping may take 4-7 working days

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • • Used or physically damaged products (after delivery)
  • • Products without original packaging
